Course Overview
Detailed operator training that covers the Series 3 and GKD Rail systems.
It is a four hour session based in an online classroom, and has been designed for operators of Series 3 and/or GKD Rail.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to:
- Competently carry out pre-use checks
- Have comprehensive knowledge of the icons, messages and screen layout
- Confidently navigate the various settings on the display
- Set slew, load and height limits on each system
- Switch the machine to dig mode
- Use and set the virtual walls function
- Competently set up and operate the tandem lift function
- Recognise common error codes and subsequent actions to take
- Know best practices and procedural protocols to ensure the consistent performance of the system
- Understand GKD’s online fault reporting system and how to get technical support
